Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy describes how ControlSuite handles information collected through controlsuite.ai (the “Site”) and through ControlSuite applications and tools that connect to Google services (the “Apps”).

2. Information Collected

The Site does not collect personal information through forms. Data handled by the Apps is described in Section 6. It uses Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which collect anonymized usage data such as page views, referrers, and performance metrics.

3. How Information Is Used

Anonymized analytics data is used to understand how the Site is used and to improve performance. It is not sold or shared for advertising.

4. Cookies

The Site does not set tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics uses privacy-friendly measurement that does not rely on persistent identifiers.

5. Third-Party Services

Outbound links (e.g. YouTube, product subdomains) are governed by the privacy policies of those providers. Review their policies before interacting with them.

6. Google User Data

When you sign in with Google and grant access, the Apps may access the following Google user data:

• Google Ads— account, campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, budget, and performance data, and the ability to make changes you authorize (for example, pausing ads or adjusting bids).
• Google Analytics — read-only website traffic and conversion reports.

How it is used. This data is used only to provide the features you request: reporting on ad and website performance, recommending changes, and making changes to your Google Ads account within the limits you set. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to build user profiles.

AI processing. To analyze performance and draft recommendations, the Apps may send this data to an AI model provider (such as Anthropic) for processing on your behalf. It is processed only to complete your request and is not used to train generalized AI models.

Sharing. Google user data is not transferred to anyone except as needed to provide the Apps (such as the hosting and AI providers above), to comply with law, or with your explicit consent.

Storage and security. Sign-in tokens are kept in encrypted secret storage and are never shown in logs. Report data is fetched as needed and is not kept longer than necessary to provide the feature.

Revoking access and deletion. You can revoke the Apps’ access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To have any stored data deleted, email hello@controlsuite.ai; it will be deleted within 30 days.

ControlSuite’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Email

If you email hello@controlsuite.ai, the contents of your message are retained for the purpose of responding to you. Messages are not used for marketing.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
