1. Agreement
By accessing controlsuite.ai (the “Site”) or using ControlSuite applications and tools (the “Apps”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Apps.
2. Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes about ControlSuite and its products. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including copy, design, logos, and code — is owned by ControlSuite unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
4. Third-Party Links
The Site links to third-party services (e.g. YouTube, product domains). ControlSuite is not responsible for the content or practices of those services.
5. Connected Accounts
Some Apps connect to third-party accounts such as Google Ads and Google Analytics. You authorize the Apps to access those accounts and make the changes you approve or allow within the limits you set. You remain responsible for your accounts, including ad spend and compliance with each provider’s policies. You can revoke access at any time. Handling of data from connected accounts is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ControlSuite makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site or the Apps, or the results of any advertising.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ControlSuite is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site or the Apps.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
